Pavel Novotny has been eliminated in 11th place after two battles with Aleksandar Trajkovski.

Firstly, Trajkovski shoved for 165K (14BB) from the Cutoff and Novotny called on the Button.

The board ran out 6 ♦6 ♠8 ♣T ♠9 ♠ and Trajkovski secured the double up.

A few hands later, Novotny limped Under the Gun while 5-handed. Trajkovski then raised to over 200K, enough to put Novotny all in, who thought for a few seconds before he called.

Novotny was in a strong position to reclaim the chips he had recently lost to Trajkovski.

The flop fell 4 ♣K ♥7 ♦ and Novotny held the advantage. However, poker is never straightforward, and the players saw the A ♦ appear on the turn. Trajkovski's pot was confirmed on the T ♠ river.

Novotny was unfortunate to exit in 11th and missed out on a place in Day 2.

The final 10 players will now bag their chips and return on Sunday.

'Mr.B' has been eliminated on the Main Event Money Bubble after epic back-to-back hands.

In the first, the flop showed A ♣5 ♦9 ♦ and Jon Kyte bet from the Hijack. 'Mr.B' called on the Button and the Big Blind player folded.

Kyte continued for 80K on the 7 ♥ turn and got called.

On the 9 ♠ river, Kyte bet 145K out of his 180K stack, and 'Mr.B' called. Kyte tabled A ♠9 ♣ for a full house, and 'Mr.B' mucked A ♥J ♥, which left him with only 10K.

The drama continued in the next hand when 'Freequency' raised to 20K Under the Gun, Kyte 3-bet to 60K, and 'Mr.B' put his 10K into the middle. The Small Blind player also called, as did 'Freequency'.

The 3 active players checked on the 9 ♣A ♣7 ♥ flop, and again on the 7 ♦ turn. On the 5 ♣ river, action checked to Kyte who made a large 450K bet.

The SB player folded and 'Freequency' went into the tank.

With it still being the money bubble, 'Freequency', who had a 300K stack, pondered a decision for several minutes, then ultimately placed a single calling chip into the middle.

"You win" said Kyte, who revealed Q ♥J ♣. 'Freequency' turned over K ♥5 ♥ for two pair, and 'Mr.B' mucked Q ♦8 ♥ and was confirmed as the money bubble player.

The remaining 14 will play on until 10 remain.

Nicusor Matei moved all in from Under the Gun for 90K (9BB) and Aleksandar Trajkovski called in the Big Blind.

Akhtar had found a dream situation, and the flop fell K ♥5 ♥8 ♣. The 6 ♥ hit the turn and the 9 ♠ completed the board to give Akhtar of Team BPS a full double, as he aims to follow in the footsteps of his two teammates who qualified for Day 2 in the 1C flight earlier today.

Ville Rutanen shoved for 85K (10BB) from Under the Gun and Pavel Novotny called from the Cutoff

Rutanen was at risk of missing out on a place ITM and saw a 5 ♥6 ♥2 ♠ flop, the 6 ♠ turn fell in Novotny's favor, but a shock 9 ♦ on the river saw Rutenen of Team Tallinn survive.

Dimitar Syarov and Jon Kyte got all their chips into the middle from the blinds, with the former at risk.

The flop fell K ♦K ♣2 ♦ giving KKPoker ambassador Kyte quad kings. Syarov knew his Main Event flight was over and walked away from the table before the A ♣ and 8 ♠ completed the board.

KKPoker ambassador Jon Kyte is making strong progress in Day 1D and is up to over 400K.

In his most recent hand, Jon held A ♦9 ♠ and scored a knockout against Pocket Tens on a T ♣K ♦4 ♦5 ♦6 ♦ board.

Jon is looking for his first cash at King's Resort since 2018, on his first return trip.

Over in the Main Event Day 1D, Nick Bogaert, who made two final tables yesterday, is up to 300K after a very interesting hand, which he retold.

After an Under the Gun raise, the Cutoff player called, as did the Small Blind player and Bogaert called in the Big Blind,

The original raiser c-bet on the Q-T-3 two clubs flop, and the CO player moved all in. The SB player folded, Bogaert called, and the UTG player folded.

The CO player revealed Pocket Aces, but Bogaert had found two pair with Q-T.

The turn and river bricked and Bogaert took down a big pot.

24 players now remain, with 14 ITM.
