Ola Poker Tour Taipei 2026 – Early Bird Promotion Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Early Bird Promotion (“Promotion”) for the Ola Poker Tour Taipei 2026. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Promotion consists of two separate offers: (A) the Deposit Offer and (B) the Early Bird High Roller 50% Rakeback Offer. Players may participate in either offer, but not both.
A. Deposit Offer
1. Offer Details
Deposit TWD 100,000 on or before 30 November 2026, and you will receive a free TWD 8,000 MTT credit. This offer is not available to Taiwan nationals.
2. How to Deposit
a. Send an email to info@olapokertour.com with:
- Your full name (as shown on your passport);
- Your Poker Fans ID (if you have one); and
- The total amount you wish to deposit.
b. We will reply with a USDT deposit link.
c. You must complete the deposit within 2 days of receiving the link; otherwise, the offer will expire.
d. Funds will be credited to your player account. To use your balance for buy-ins at the live venue, you must present your valid passport at the cashier.
3. Use of Credits and Withdrawal
The free TWD 8,000 MTT credit awarded under this Promotion will be applied first towards tournament buy-ins. Any unused promotional credits upon the conclusion of the tour will be forfeited and cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, or transferred. The credit may only be used to register for OLA live tournaments during the Ola Poker Tour Taipei 2026. It cannot be used for any other events, including but not limited to those held at CTP or APA.
If you have a remaining balance of your own deposited funds after the tour and wish to withdraw it, a 10% service charge will apply.
4. Eligibility Verification
Eligibility for the Deposit Offer will be verified at the live venue cashier when you present your passport. Players who present a valid non-Taiwan passport will be considered eligible. If a player is unable to present a valid non-Taiwan passport, any awarded TWD 8,000 promotional credits will be forfeited.
5. Expiry
The Deposit Promotion ends on 30 November 2026. All deposits must be completed by that date.
B. Early Bird High Roller 50% Rakeback Offer
1. Eligibility & Conditions
This offer applies to the live OLA High Roller events during the Ola Poker Tour Taipei 2026. To qualify, you must sit down at Level 1 and play at least one hand.
2. Rakeback Details
• TWD 33,000 Buy-in Event: The first 8 players who meet the condition will each receive a 50% fee rakeback worth TWD 1,500.
• TWD 55,000 Buy-in Event: The first 16 players who meet the condition will each receive a 50% fee rakeback worth TWD 2,500.
3. Payment
Rakeback will be credited to your player account or paid out as determined by Ola Poker Tour in its sole discretion.
C. General Terms
1. Mutual Exclusivity
A player may participate in either the Deposit Offer or the Early Bird High Roller 50% Rakeback Offer, but not both. Players who have participated in the Deposit Offer will not be eligible for the Early Bird High Roller 50% Rakeback Offer.
2. Disqualification
Ola Poker Tour reserves the right to disqualify any player who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or attempts to abuse the Promotion in any way. In such cases, any rewards or credits may be forfeited.
3. Amendment
Ola Poker Tour reserves the right, at any time, to alter these Terms or terminate the Promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
4. Final Decision
In case of any disputes relating to the Promotion, any event associated with the Promotion, or these Terms, Ola Poker Tour shall have the final decision and the right of final interpretation.
