Bilan Builds Big on OLA Main Event Day 1B

The €500,000 Ola Poker Tour Main Event continued on Thursday, 19 June with Day 1B and bought about a new overall chip leader!
Day 1B had 200 total entries with 26 players advancing and ‘in the money’ for Day 2 on Sunday, 22 June.
Top of the list and taking the overall chip lead is Romania’s Florin Bilan, who turned his 50,000 starting stack into a mammoth 1,099,000. Bilan is no stranger to live poker tournament success with $700,000 in recorded cashes, which include several WSOPE & WSOPC final tables at the King’s Resort.
Germany’s Alexander Hellwig bagged an impressive 925,000, and Poland’s Sebastian Pabian ended on 689,000.
Luke Tatum followed in the footsteps of his British Poker Series teammate Elliott Panyi by advancing to Day 2 and earning another point on the ITM Team Battle Leaderboard.
