Israel’s Harel Hugi came through a 68-player field to win the OLA NLH TURBO BOUNTY for €1,912, including 10 bounty prizes, at King’s Resort.

FINAL TABLE ACTION

With 7 players remaining, Helma Weber was all in from Under the Gun with Pocket Sevens and faced a flip against Harel Hugi, who called from the Cutoff with Ace-Jack suited. The board ran out with three Aces to give Hugi quads and Weber exited for €247.

Hugi then shoved from the Hijack with Pocket Jacks and Aleksandar Trajkovski called for less from the Big Blind with Pocket Tens. Hugi was ahead and once again won to score another bounty prize.

Next up, short stack Ofek Fink held Q-J offsuit, Nick Bogaert showed K-J offsuit, and Hugi had Pocket Sixes with all the chips in the middle. The board ran out Jack-High and Bogaert scored a triple up, while Fink was eliminated.

Andrei Sasu was left with only 2BB after losing a flip with Ace-King against Hugi’s Pocket Sixes, and Sasu hit the rail in the next hand, losing with 5-4 versus 7-5.

Shachar Berkowitz was all in with Pocket Nines, but ran into Pocket Tens to exit in third and miss out on the heads-up battle.

Hugi held a 4-to-1 chip lead against Bogaert, but the latter was very keen on turning his fortunes around in the hope of winning the OLA champion’s trophy, which he described as ‘beautiful‘.

And the action started in the best way possible for Bogaert, as he found a double up in the first hand, after his A-K hit a full house against Pocket Eights.

A few hands later, with the chip stacks now even at approximately 15BB each, Bogaert shoved on the Button with K-2 suited and Hugi called with A-J offsuit. Both the Ace and Jack appeared on the flop, and Hugi won another big pot, leaving Bogaert back down to the 200K stack he started the heads-up battle with.

And only a couple of minutes later, Bogaert shoved with Q-T suited and Hugi called with Q-J offsuit.

Hugi had Bogaert dominated for the win, and the board fell A-J-3-4-Q, giving Hugi two pair and the champion’s honor!
